Description:
- Partners with senior management in formulating,executing and communicating the strategy
- Structures highly complex and ambiguous issuesand derives actionable and high-impact strategies
- Expectation & stakeholder management mainly ontop management level
- Coaching on board/ c-suite/business unit/ divisionlevel
- (Solution) structuring for highly complex strategy/business issues with clear value architecture &value proposition formulation
- Overall engagement responsibility
- In general 10 or more years experience in the relevant strategic area
- Proven ability to lead strategic direction setting projects, complex and comprehensive enterprise transformation programs, M&A transactions or post-merger integrations with a defined outcome
- Capable of steering and managing major, complex projects/programs or multiple smaller projects
Who we’re looking for?
We focus on the person behind the skills when we recruit, but from a practical point-of-view, there are some hard sklil requirements, and you must be able to check all these boxes to be considered:
- Practical experience with development of standard & enterprise Java applications (3 years or more)
- Excellent Java programming skills
- Experience with SQL databases
- A team player with good communication skills and a self-starter with minimum support due to current situation
The following skills would be a plus:
- JavaEE backend technology (JPA 2.0 , JMS, EJB 3)
- JavaEE Application Servers (e.g. WebLogic / JBoss)
- Practical knowledge of Angular would be a great asset
- UML usage, design patterns
- Continuous Integration/Delivery tools (Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, Artifactory, IntelliJ)
- Command script development and execution on Linux and Windows (ksh/bash/PowerShell)
- Jenkins, Sonar integration tools
- Knowledge of unit testing tools such as Junit / Mocking Frameworks
- Knowledge of Oracle Database Server and PL/SQL
