Popis pozice

Your role 

  • Writing high-quality code and designing scalable systems.
  • Ensuring that the code produced by the team adheres to our product specs.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and guiding the team in resolving them.
  • Implementing and improving automation in testing and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Mentoring a small team of developers.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our product manager and product designer to define and implement product solutions.
  • Prepare analysis for complex technical solutions.

Technologies we use 

  • Backend: PHP 8.2+, with Nette/Laravel frameworks and Doctrine ORM. We embrace hexagonal and event-driven architecture for flexible, scalable services.
  • Databases: MySQL handles our core data, while ElasticSearch powers our searches, and Redis takes care of caching.
  • APIs: We're all about GraphQL for our primary API, with some REST endpoints where it makes sense.
  • Message Queue: RabbitMQ keeps our system humming with efficient asynchronous processing.
  • Testing: We're serious about quality, using unit and integration tests; with PHPStan keeping our code in top shape.
  • Frontend: TypeScript, React, and NextJS power our web apps, with Apollo Client for efficient GraphQL integration and state management. Our design system makes writing user interfaces a breeze, ensuring consistency and speeding up development.
  • Design: Figma is our go-to for product designs and maintaining our design system.
  • DevOps: From commit to production in minutes. Our GitHub Actions pipelines ensure code quality and automate deployments multiple times a day.
  • Infrastructure: We're fully cloud-based, running on Kubernetes for maximum flexibility and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Confluence keeps our documentation organized, while Jira helps us manage tasks efficiently.

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in the field.
  • Proficient in PHP frameworks like Laravel and Nette.
  • Strong in communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent at problem-solving with an attention to detail.
  • Highly accountable and committed to completing tasks and projects to the highest standard.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Experience with front-end technologies, with a preference for React is a plus. 
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus.
