Něco o mně
I am a lighthearted person, that puts both the team and the project in the S-tier of priorities, as the deadlines have to be met, the product needs to be stellar and tested, but the team needs to remain sane and happy, otherwise there is no one to deliver it. Speak fluent English, Slovak and decent Czech, and I have been in Tech Project Management career for whats over 8 years now. Smallest single team and project I managed was 4 people @ 100k, largest 36 people @ 2m, both in SaaS and SW Dev
