Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst – Order to Cash

Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate OTC process areas (Billing, eInvoicing, Credit Management) and collaborate with business stakeholders.

• Lead small projects / act as SME for OTC processes and develop process, system, and data expertise.

• Analyze and document processes and needs (problem statements, use cases, ROI) and manage the product backlog.

• Translate business needs into product features and priorities aligned with the OTC roadmap.

• Collaborate with Finance and SAP delivery teams on solution design, testing, deployment, and support.

• Leverage existing IT solutions and drive continuous improvement across processes, technology, and UX.

Requirements

• Agile and/or Product Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Product Owner).

• Experience with end-to-end Order to Cash processes.

• Experience in globally distributed or offshore/onshore implementation environments.

• Agile Scrum Master experience is a plus.

• Background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries, ideally with SAP ECC or S/4HANA exposure.

• Knowledge of electronic invoicing standards such as Peppol Exchange.

• Experience collaborating with outsourced partners providing system and business services.
