Senior Technical Analyst — Prague (Hybrid/Remote, Contract)

You will be supporting configuration, build, validation and release of instrument data acquisition software, while also acting as the go-to technical contact for operations teams and business users once systems go live.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the technical lead on instrument data acquisition software architecture design
• Requesting and configuring on-premise and AWS cloud resources to meet infrastructure and workflow requirements
• Acting as the primary point of contact and technical support for the operations team and business users
• Coordinating activities with client teams to keep infrastructure and software delivery aligned with the lab migration plan
• Authoring and executing requirement test scripts and completing SDLC documentation
• Participating in project meetings with core and extended client teams

What we're looking for:

• Direct experience with Microsoft and AWS products, services, and infrastructure
• 3+ years configuring and supporting lab-based instrument data acquisition software, including troubleshooting instrument and software connectivity in a pharmaceutical R&D setting (GxP and non-GxP)
• Strong understanding of chromatography data systems supporting 50+ users and instruments
• Experience developing IQ/OQ test cases and supporting testers through UAT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Nice to have: supervisory experience with small teams, and familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, Xray/Vera, or ServiceNow
