We are looking for experienced IT Administrator to manage the company IT infrastructure and provide end-users support to our international team. This is a newly created role, ideal for someone who likes to build things from scratch and enjoys autonomuous job with direct impact on the processes.

Popis pozice

The role provides advanced technical support for users experiencing hardware, software, application and networking issues. The role provides flexible working patterns via onsite head office or remote systems to assist with software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT related issues. Responsible for the smooth, timely configuration and maintenance of an organisation's computer systems, regional servers (file, print, authentication, etc.) and networking equipment.

Scope of Work:

  • Manage and maintain the Companies IT Asset Management System (server, network, HW, SW) ensuring all items are fully accounted for and the system 100% updated without failure.
  • Responsible for IT budget and raising Purchase Requests for IT equipment and software licencing ensuring that all or active and available when required and offboarded if a need no longer persists.
  • Responsible for installation of all Company and service line required softwares and applications on newly ordered machines and equipment.
  • Systematically interprets user IT and software problems and identifies solutions and possible side effects. Logs all issues and resolutions in the required logs and tracking matrix.
  • Contributes to creation of support documentation.
  • Communicates with vendors.
  • Handle Ll/L2 issues and should be able to respond to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution.
  • Participate on other IT internal projects.
