What you’ll be doing?

  • Researching and identifying potential customers in key markets (with a focus on the US and beyond).
  • Reaching out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events — opening doors and starting conversations.
  • Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and challenges, and connecting them to the right solutions.
  • Building early-stage relationships and nurturing interest until prospects are ready for deeper engagement.
  • Collaborating with the account executive, marketing, and product teams to align outreach and messaging.
  • Learning our product inside-out so you can clearly communicate its value in a way that resonates with prospects.

Simply put, you’ll be the first touchpoint for new customers — helping them understand the potential of decision automation and setting the stage for long-term partnerships.

 

Who we’re looking for?

  • A motivated self-starter who’s excited about building pipelines and uncovering opportunities.
  • A reliable teammate who brings energy and positivity to challenges.
  • Someone with a background in business, marketing, IT, or a related field – or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales (SaaS or fintech experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) — you’re comfortable writing outreach emails, chatting with prospects, and leading introductory calls.
  • Curious and resourceful — comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and research to identify and engage prospects.
  • Open to networking, attending industry events, and representing DecisionRules with confidence.
