Senior Power BI Specialist

We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Specialist to join our team for a project with a major pharmaceutical client, located in Prague. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying powerful Power BI solutions that empower users to gain valuable insights from their data.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.
• Design and develop robust and user-friendly Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Implement best practices for data cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within Power BI solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users on Power BI functionality and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Power BI features and advancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience working with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex data models.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent SQL querying skills (T-SQL or similar).
• Experience with DAX calculations and measures is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
