Software Developer

 Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems and internal business applications.
• Develop and enhance SharePoint-based solutions (intranet portals, workflow automation, document management).
• Build and maintain web and backend services (API, microservices) using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with data and operational teams to deliver digital tools and analytics platforms.
• Contribute to process automation using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Ensure compliance with EU security and quality standards in all developed solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Developer / Engineer, ideally in an international or public sector environment.
• Strong technical background in the Microsoft technology stack, including:
• C#, .NET (Core / Framework), SharePoint, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Docker / Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (working language of the Agency).
• EU citizenship required.
