Who we’re looking for:

 

We’re not looking for a typical developer. We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems.

Someone who:

  • sees the bigger picture, not just individual tickets
  • takes full ownership — from problem definition to production
  • designs how systems behave, not just how they’re implemented
  • has led projects or is naturally stepping into a Lead / Architect role
  • enjoys breaking down complex problems and figuring things out from first principles
  • is comfortable moving across backend, cloud, and algorithmic challenges
  • can clearly present their ideas with the team


What you’ll be working on

  • Designing and building a no-code platform for robot programming
  • Turning motion tracking data into reliable, production-ready system behavior
  • Building and evolving backend systems (IoT data pipelines, APIs, databases, web apps)
  • Designing core algorithms (e.g. motion filtering, improving measurement accuracy)
  • Working with cloud infrastructure in MS Azure/AWS
  • Improving and scaling our DevOps and testing workflows
