Senior Full Stack Developer (React+.NET)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend orientation, you will take end-to-end ownership of user-facing features and the foundations that support them. You will drive technical design decisions, partner closely with other engineers on API contracts and integrations and deliver robust solutions from development through production support.

What will you do?
• Own user-facing features end-to-end — from requirements and architecture to implementation, deployment and production support
• Lead frontend architecture and help shape engineering standards across the team
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to build clean, accessible and high-quality interfaces
• Build modern cloud-based applications with strong focus on performance, usability and maintainability
• Collaborate on API design, integrations and backend services primarily built in .NET
• Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps and engineering teams in an international matrix organization
• Improve code quality through reviews, mentoring and technical guidance
• Troubleshoot issues across frontend, APIs and infrastructure layers
• Participate in planning, estimations and technical decision-making

What should you bring?
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong frontend expertise with modern web technologies and TypeScript
• Experience designing frontend architecture in modern applications
• Solid understanding of component design, state management, routing and frontend performance
• Experience with testing, accessibility, responsive design and code quality tooling
• Good backend understanding, ideally around .NET services and REST APIs
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly in a collaborative environment

We take into account both experience and overall technical expertise, so the final compensation is always discussed individually based on mutual agreement. The listed salary range applies to full-time employment; for contractor/freelance cooperation (IČO), the compensation is adjusted accordingly.
