At Bagira Systems, we build advanced simulation and training platforms used by military and defense organizations around the world. Our products combine software, hardware and real-world operational thinking to create systems that help people train better, safer and more effectively. Our Czech team works closely with colleagues in Israel on modern cloud-based applications and simulation products that have real impact and long-term purpose.

Kdo jsme?

Bagira Systems is an international technology company focused on training and simulation systems for mission readiness. Our solutions are used worldwide and support hundreds of thousands of users. The engineering team is split between Israel and the Czech Republic, where we continue to grow our frontend and backend development teams.

Co děláme?

We develop software and hardware solutions for live military training and simulation. One of our key products is MAGNET — a live training simulation platform used for realistic operational training. Our teams work on cloud applications, desktop systems, backend services and APIs using modern technologies and architecture principles.

Our goal is to build reliable and modern systems that improve training quality, operational readiness and long-term safety. We focus on practical solutions with real-world impact and continuously look for better technologies, smarter architectures and more effective ways of building products that scale globally.

Koho hledáme?

We are looking for experienced and independent engineers who think beyond implementation. People who understand architecture, care about product quality and want to influence technical decisions. Most roles are fullstack-oriented, so even developers focused mainly on frontend or backend should have good overall technical understanding.

The Czech team works closely with colleagues in Israel, creating a mix of local teamwork and international cooperation. Another unique aspect is that software and hardware are developed together in Brno. You can actually see and interact with the physical products connected to the software you are building, which gives the work a much more tangible dimension. At the same time, Bagira is a stable and growing company where there is plenty of room to learn, take ownership and grow professionally as the team continues to expand.
