Senior Solutions Architect - Banking | 1 day onsite Bratislava, 4 days

ABOUT POSITION:
We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team for a
project with a major client in the banking industry. You will play a critical role in analyzing
business needs, designing robust solutions, and leading the implementation of cutting-edge IT
initiatives that contribute to our digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our stakeholders to understand their business challenges, regulatory requirements,
  and long-term goals.
• Leverage your deep understanding of the banking industry to identify technology trends and solutions
  that can optimize our operations and enhance customer experience.
• Design and architect innovative IT solutions, ensuring alignment with the technology roadmap and
  best practices.
• Select and evaluate appropriate technologies and platforms considering security, scalability, and
  performance requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists during the implementation process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into clear and
  concise language.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the banking IT landscape.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect with a proven track record of success in the banking
  industry.
• In-depth knowledge of banking domain concepts, processes, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing complex solutions using a variety of technologies relevant to the
  banking sector (e.g., Core Banking Systems, APIs, Cloud Computing, Security Solutions).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mind.
• Fluency in English (C2 - Mastery) and Slovak (C1 - Advanced) is a plus.
