Frontend Developer for a Norwegian IT consulting company in Brno

Right now we don't hire for a specific position for a certain client, rather we would like to build a pipeline of candidates who like Itera and we like them back.

Candidates to whom we could reach out easily when a new request arises.

With whom we've built a friendly relationship already and we can skip the initial administration, cos that's already been done. 

So how do you know this collaboration might be the right for you? What are the key points?

• you like Nordic culture 
• you act professionally at work but still keep your sense of humour (Norwegians require professionalism but at the same time they are very nice and friendly all the time :))
• work-life balance is important for you (in Nordic culture your personal life is strongly respected = no overtimes)
• we are very much oriented on health & family topics (e.g. regarding benefits)
• you like to work from office from time to time (ideally at least 1-2x per week) - we don't provide full remote, on the other hand we leave it upon you to decide which days you prefer to be in the office and which to be at home, no pushing
• you like to see your colleagues sometimes also outside of working hours (we do a lot of various events, everyone can choose according to what they like)
• you have at least 3 years experience with SW development in React
• most probably you are not in a hurry with finding a new job, you are more likely to just "look around"

What would happen if you show interest?

• our HR manager would reach you out
• you will agree on a date and time of the first interview during which:
• in the first 30 mins you will speak with the HR manager to discuss your situation, plans, wishes and get to know Itera more
• in the next 45-60 mins you would have a technical discussion with our Tech Lead/Senior developer to be able to assess your tech knowledge
• after the interview we would agree together if it clicked and if we can stay in touch for the future

This will make it a lot easier to both of us, you and Itera, in case there is a client coming to us with a request for a developer. Once this happens we will contact you right away and we can discuss your current situation. 

We know this is not a standard process, but let's try it out, we believe it's the way to do recruitment in the future - find the company that shares similar values as you, build a relationship and just wait for the right opportunity to come.
