Payment Terminal Certification Test Engineer | Prague - 3 days onsite, 2 days offsite

ABOUT POSITION:

Responsibilities

• Test environment and data preparation;
• Testing payment terminals focused on L3 Certification testing with Card Schemes (MC, Visa, ...);
• Support of cash register integrators using our solutions including final Accreditation;
• Communication with certification authorities and integrators (mainly in English);
• Issue analysis and reporting;
• Tracking and reporting of current status of Certifications and Accreditations;
• Participation on the testing process improvements;
• Reviewing of analytical documentation to ensure that features are developed accordingly;
• Creation of test scenarios based on analytical outputs and user requirements;
• Active participation on product development as a Scrum team member.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and Skill Required

• Good analytical thinking;
• Independent, communicative, team player;
• Advanced English language (reading and writing Test Cases and specifications, communication with third parties - both writing and speaking);
• Knowledge of the basic testing methodologies and best practices;
• Experience with test management and defect management systems (f.e. Jira, Cucumber Studio, HP QC…)

Advantages (from most to least important):

• 2+ years related experience in testing;
• Previous experience with payment terminal and/or electronic cash register testing;
• Knowledge of Card Schemes Certification procedures;
• ISTQB Certification;
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Management Information Systems;
• Experience with GSuite.
