Agile coach

We are searching for passionate consultants and coaches to collaborate on the transformation of leadership in the client's corporate environment.

Applicant must:

* Fluent Czech and English language

* Experience from enterprise environments

* Knowledge of Agile Management principles

Advantage

* Experience with Scaled Agile Framework eg. SAFe

Tasks to fulfil:

* guide one or two people to become healthy servant leader - Scrum Master.

* guide towards improving team communication

* recognize ineffective and/or detrimental processes and be able to initiate change

* organizing self-development workshops for clients

Frame of cooperation

* approx 20 hours per week, 2,5 FTE

* contract based as a freelance

* up to 800czk per hour, 65000czk per month

* Starting in March 2021

* initially six months contract
