Popis pozice

Responsibilities

  • Driving Data Initiatives: lead the development and execution of strategic data projects to enhance our product offering.
  • Forging Data Partnerships: identifying and establishing key partnerships to enrich our data ecosystem.
  • Mapping and Auditing Data Quality: ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data through meticulous mapping and auditing processes.
  • Defining Data Lifecycle Best Practices: developing and implementing guidelines for managing the entire data lifecycle, from acquisition to retirement.
  • Setting Boundaries for Data Use: establishing clear policies for data utilization that comply with legal, ethical, and business standards.
  • Finding Synergies in Data Use: identifying opportunities to leverage data across different areas of the business for enhanced efficiency and innovation.
  • Seeing Data as a Product: conceptualizing and developing data-driven products that deliver value to our customers and differentiate us in the market.
  • Working Closely with Business and Product Management: understanding and defining data value propositions for varied stakeholders and use cases.

Requirements

  • Technical and Data Analysis Proficiency: a strong foundation in data analytics and the technical skills to manipulate and interpret data sets.
  • Business Acumen: a deep understanding of how data-driven strategies can impact business outcomes and drive growth.
  • Communication Skills: the ability to communicate complex data concepts to stakeholders, facilitate productive discussions. Negotiating skills for data submission and use standards, as well as for forming data partnerships.
  • Industry Experience: a proven track record working with data in fintech, banking, insurance, or telecommunications sector/s, demonstrating an ability to navigate and leverage industry-specific data challenges and opportunities.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of generative AI
  • Experience with advanced data modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations specific to the industries mentioned.
  • Experience in leading data teams or cross-functional projects.
