Popis pozice

Job description:

IT Financials Support:

  • Supporting internal financial processes by providing correct data based on the internal IT team operations
    • Data for quarterly license reinvoicing, monthly client reinvoicing
    • Overlooking internal invoice approval process
  • Supporting management of IT procurement processes, administrative work
  • Supporting internal IT budgets maintenance
  • Providing support and data to the IT Team leaders and management during budget creations and monthly reporting


Data governance:

  • Understanding where our data is coming from, mapping responsibilities, reporting problems and tracking issues
  • Actively working with Reporting Analyst and IT Administrators to ensure that internal reporting is up to date and contains correct data
  • Keeping Application and Licenses Inventory up to date
  • Assisting our Reporting Analyst, being able to help with minor report corrections after some training
  • Checking data quality in MS Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps



MS Excel – Advanced user

MS PowerBI – knowledge is nice to have

MS Dynamics 365 – knowledge is nice to have

At least basic understanding of financial processes, what is CAPEX, OPEX, invoicing, reinvoicing, budget
