Would you like to be part of DHL IT Services? Our DevOps team is looking for an enthusiastic person who is keen to learn how to develop and to support key systems within Deutsche Post DHL in order to drive time to value and to ensure the maximum availability of end-to-end business processes. You will work on systems which plan, control and run the P&P business unit which is responsible for letter & parcel delivery in Germany.


• Order-to-cash process - SAP standard and individual processes
• Technical support for application operations / users of SAP environments
• Monitoring system performance and process control
- SAP job control
- Interfaces / gateways to third-party systems
- Application parameters (MM, retail, master data and in-house developments)
• Application-oriented user management
- Create/delete and lock/unlock of user accounts
- Allocation and delete of authorization rules and profiles
• Error analysis and troubleshooting
• Analysis of programs, customizing settings and Business Data
• Development of improvement and optimization proposals
• Support with customizing and development as part of bug fixing or maintenance-related further development in SAP MM/Retail
• Participation in project releases and transfer of the releases to maintenance
• Cooperation with internal and external service providers
• 3rd level end user support via phone in German

Your skills

• Advanced experience maintaining SAP applications
• Knowledge of supply chain management, master data management (contracts, customers, conditions, delivery, material management etc.)
• Experience of SAP MM/Retail, inventory support
• Basic skills in SAP FI
• Very good technical understanding of complex setups
• Intermediate English and German

We welcome: Knowledge of ITIL, basic ABAP know-how
