Product Analyst | Prague | Hybrid

Our Prague hub is one of the largest in Europe — bringing together over 1,800 people across technology, finance, HR, and beyond. We are looking for a Product Analyst to support the development of our digital products and help translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions.

What you'll be doing:
- Analyzing business needs and collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements
- Creating structured documentation — business requirements, functional specifications, user stories
- Working with web-based products and CMS platforms (especially WordPress)
- Tracking and evaluating product KPIs
- Identifying process improvement opportunities, including through AI-driven tools
What we're looking for:
- Experience in business or product analysis
- Strong documentation skills
- Basic understanding of web products and front-end concepts
- Experience with CMS platforms — WordPress is a plus
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI tools and automation
- Background in KPI management and performance reporting
