About Project

OSP - Operations Service Platform is companie´s internal service platform that provides operational and technology support across the different units and countries where company operates. It aims to centralise, standardise and streamline operational and IT services across the Group.

What wil you do

• Design and create dashboards to visualize the required information as KPI, systems' health-status ,... (Grafana)
• Develop and maintain technical interfaces with all available data sources (e.g. ServiceNOW, Splunk, Zabbix,…)
• Design, Implement and operate GCC internal application development to increase productivity of operators and observability
• Design and optimize database structures.
• Manage timeseries database.
• Manage data through different sources and different tools.

   

• EXPECTED HARD-SKILLS

  • Programming experience in modern language (Python, JavaScript, PHP …)
  • SQL Database management experience (PosgreSQL, …)
  • Time-series database experience (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, …)
  • Experience with data visualization (Grafana, Kibana, …)
  • Experience with data transfer and data integration (REST API, Webhooks, …)
  • Active knowledge of EN language (B2/C1)

• EXPECTED SOFT-SKILLS

  • Analytical thinking and logical judgement
  • Ability to get things with good Quality
  • Autonomy
  • Good teamwork skills especially in international environment
  • Willingness to learn

• ADVANTAGE

  • Practical experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, …)
  • Experience with data flow automation (Apache NiFi, ...)
  • Working experience with ServiceNOW (or another Service Desk tols)
  • Practical experience with agile approach and agile methodology
  • Awareness about ITIL Event management process and Incident management process
  • Experience with Power Automate
