Key Responsibilities
- Manage the publishing of vacancies
- Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
- Proactive searching for candidates through defined channels
- Candidates screening & interviewing
- Reading resumes/CVs, job applications, and cover letters and creating a mental picture of the applicant
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
- Onboarding of newcomers
- General HR administration
- Assist employees with HR matters
- HR database and personal file maintenance
- Ability to perceive things in a broader context and think out of the box
- Cooperation on HR projects and HR strategy
- Close cooperation with Marketing and Business development team
