Popis pozice

Your mission:

  • Automation Testing Leadership:
  • Take ownership of our automation testing initiatives. Develop a strategic roadmap for automation, defining goals, best practices, and implementation plans Design and Framework.
  • Development: Design and develop automation testing procedures and frameworks tailored to our specific software environment and develop existing ones. Create initial test designs, maintain reusable components, libraries, and scripts for efficient and consistent testing.
  • Test Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with other colleagues and teams (developers, QA, modelling, …) to design comprehensive test strategies. Translate test plans into executable automation scripts that cover various testing scenarios, configure proper test environments.
  • Execution and Analysis: Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and collaborate with developers to identify and address defects. Report test progress, errors, results and evaluate them.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains. Explore emerging tools and technologies to enhance our automation capabilities.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor team members in automation best practices, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the testing team.

Requierements:

  • Proven experience in automation testing within a software development environment.
  • Experience in gaming, simulation, robotics, or similar areas.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation testing frameworks .
  • Knowledge of programming/scripting languages and experience with automation testing tools (our main technologies are C++,WPF but are open to everything new).
  • Ability to design end-to-end automated testing processes and integrate them into the software development lifecycle.
