Data Expert

Your responsibilities will include:

• active cooperation with solution architects, analysts, developers as well as with operation teams in order to set up and optimise the design of Rainbow components;
• contribution in development of planned features (enablers) within the Rainbow solution;
• preparation of both technical and functional solution design to be defended with architects, tested, and implemented alone or together with other team members;
• subsequent optimisation of delivered solution to reach sufficient maturity and reliability;
• work on solution documentation including operation manuals, participate on solution handover into production;
• contribute in setting the development standards and respect them;
• contribute to monitor on the quality of delivered design and solve assigned incidents;
• get familiar with the end-2-end DWH transformations and DWH code automation tools.

What do we expect from you:

• you are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• knowledge of SQL, experience with DWH environment would be an advantage
• knowledge of relevant architecture components, technologies and tools - Java, scripting language (bash/perl/python)
• knowledge of Informatica MDMHUB and/or Teradata would be very beneficial
• experience with automated webGUI testing would be very beneficial
• willingness to learn new technologies and processes
• you are a team player, but are able to work independently
• you are able to deliver under the pressure of sharp deadlines
