Popis pozice

JOB PURPOSE: As a 2nd Level Support Engineer at Creditinfo, you will be responsible for supporting reported application issues across the product portfolio and finding solutions to various clients' requests in collaboration with Level 1 and Level 3 Support teams, ensuring a top-quality service is delivered to all consumers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Analyze and solve application issues / errors within Credit Bureau System and value-added application on both application and database layers
  • Perform standard configuration changes within applications
  • Closely collaborate with 1st Level and 3rd Level Support team
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • .NET and C#
  • MS SQL or Oracle
  • Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)
  • Microsoft Windows Server OS and Networking

 

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and processes
  • Experience with React, RabbitMQ and CouchBase
  • Strong analytical thinking and Problem-solving mindset
