Do you have experience with providing support or do you have experience with software development?Our international client is looking for a 3rd level support engineer.

Main tasks:

• Respond to requests from customers using and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize it

effectively to help customers

• Customer-driven feedback to functional areas in order to influence process/product improvements.

• Develop strong working relationships with other teams

• Positive attitude - Support engineers are required to be respectful, fair, gracious, and knowledgeable
