Popis pozice

What would you work on:

  • Manage, oversee, and strategically guide IT Admin ( L1 and L2/L3 support - 4 internal employees and 3 external ones) teams keeping in mind company goals and personal development of each team member  
  • Act as a subject matter expert for IT administration / IT Operations related matters  
  • Coordinate and communicate on IT administration issues between various departments and offices in multiple locations worldwide  
  • Work closely with and manage the external software and hardware suppliers 
  • Take responsibility for financial reports and IT invoices in close cooperation with the finance department 
  • IT Audit and control
  • Set targets and draft a vision for the entire IT Administration / Operations organization 
  • Play a key role in building strong IT Operations across multiple locations( with Prague being the main one)

 

What makes you a great candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience - both hands-on in the IT Administration and internal IT Ops domain and as a team leader and project manager.  
  • Previous system administrator experience, ideally including most of the following technologies / systems or similar: 
  • Monitoring and Alerting  
  • Active Directory / MS Entra 
  • Intune  
  • Cloud Resources Operations  
  • Networking (both Cloud and On Prem)  
  • IT Security 
  • Passion for technology 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus 
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira (or similar) is a plus
  • Good overview and hands-on experience with Atlassian Products and Azure Cloud is highly desirable 
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with software and hardware management 
  • Experience with financial reporting 
  • Experience managing external providers 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated personality with a strong work ethic is a must 
  • Responsible, reliable, with an analytical yet service-oriented mindset
